Comments: Triad Prime Properties exceeded my expectations. My husband and I are newly married and we just bought our first home, so to say it was an important job would be a bit of an understatement. Our bathrooms needed to be completely remodeled. John and his team were so prompt, completing the job within the quoted time period. We never felt like we were being jerked around or being given an unrealistic price quote or timeline, which was a huge fear of ours prior to deciding to go with Triad Prime Properties. John and his team respected our home and our bathrooms (specifically the tile work) look amazing!! We already have plans to rehire them for a screened in porch. Thank you again, John and team!!!

Comments: Triad Prime Properties did a stellar job building a beautiful deck onto our addition, as well as fitting a new door and window to access the deck. We call Triad Prime Properties for all of our remodel needs, as they have also done beautiful work knocking out a wall in our kitchen, and fencing our backyard. Cannot recommend them enough!!

Comments: Excellent experience. John was on site both days of the install. Aaron and his son were polite hard workers who were very thorough. If you buy a Yardestry Gazebo at Costco, these are the people you want to install. Would highly recommend!

Comments: I am excited to have found Triad Prime Properties! John is a licensed contractor, knows his stuff and hires excellent sub-contractors. No slip-shod work here! He is a former crew chief in the US Air Force and knows how to keep the work moving along and how to handle the intricate details of renovation. John is excellent to work with and I've found it easy, with his help, to make the many, many decisions I've faced. He likes working on older homes like my 95-year-old house and didn't brush me off because I have a smallish budget to work with. God bless John Pursley and his sub-contractors!
